Not All Clues Placed in Setup: This mission does not use all clue tokens of each color. Rest assured this is on purpose. Set up the mission as shown using random tokens, and return the others to the box without looking at them.
Faceup Clue Tokens in Setup: This mission requires you to place specific clue tokens faceup on the board during setup. Find these tokens first and place them on the board; then flip the other tokens facedown, mix them, and randomly place them where indicated on the board as normal.
Raising Windows: This mission allows you to raise a window instead of fully flipping it open or closed. Raising a window means flipping the window halfway between its open and closed positions, leaving the spaces above and below the hinge fully visible. To raise a window in a mission, simply click the window once. Clicking a raised window will flip it the rest of the way. Starting Window Positions: This mission begins with console windows in different starting positions. Since these are digital missions, you don’t need to do anything special. Simply follow the layout shown below. |
Hello again, Agents. Astonishing. It seems that the only way to avoid losing is not to play.
Nemesis has never been defeated before. How does that famous human expression go? Oh, yes: There’s a first time for everything. Thanks for playing the entire GAMES bonus mission set. We really hope you enjoyed your experience as much as we did designing it! You may recall in the initial briefing that you were warned to "stay alert” for any oddities on the mission cards because Nemesis is notorious for hiding solutions in plain sight to mock human users. Did you spot anything out of place or strange as you played these missions? If you had already managed to figure out Nemesis’ hints, congratulations on your heightened observation and deduction skills! We hope it helped you solve a few of the missions. If you didn’t spot these clues, we explain them below. IF YOU HAVE NOT YET FINISHED ALL THE MISSIONS, STOP READING NOW AND DO NOT SCROLL DOWN. Did you also notice that the red clue tokens are placed exactly where each red checker piece is found in the solution? I wonder what the other colored clue tokens represent… 2p> |
